The shop is adorned with the colors of Italy in the Cinecittà style and the manager Laura welcomes you in with true Italian warmth to let you taste all the delicious surprises of her stall. Whether you want round, long, plump, milky, rolled or forged, in bulk or packaged mozzarella – you can find them all in Mmmozza! Jules has a penchant for Burrata di Bufala, the most bohemian of all the mozzarella, Laura even sells it in a big ball of 500g! From Puglia in southern Italy, after the light resistance of its surface, Burrata has a centre slightly liquid base similar to butter to …eat with just a little salt and pepper and delizioso! After that, you’ll never look at mozzarella in the same way again!

But in Mmmozza, there are also olive oils, tasty Italian sausage (ham, parma, mortadella …), fresh pasta, antipasti … An authentic little piece of Italy on rue de Bretagne, Paris!

At noon, the shop turns into a mini Italian cafeteria or a giant picnic. Pick up a plate and select from antipasti, charcuterie, mozzarella and voila!
