Jules likes to stroll around the Champs Elysées, and when he’s in the neighborhood, he takes the time to eat at his favorite restaurant: the Velvet part le Bistrot Antoine! “Bistro chic” atmosphere guaranteed: the setting, in shades of beige and charcoal gray, is simple, modern, with no fuss!
As for the food, Pierre Denoyer is in command at the stove, guided by star chef Alain Parodi and his sidekick Armand Crespo, both founders of the Bistrot d’Antoine in Nice. As a result of this collaboration, the menu is up to date with Mediterranean notes and an authentic, instinctive cuisine, close to products. Jules chose this restaurant as his den and when he eats there, he has habits: for starters, he always takes a “Vittello Tonnato” style calf salad , then he enjoys Bilbao cod casserole and finishes with thin apple pie for a sweet touch. The whole meal is washed down with an attentive selection of French or worldwide wines!
