The Rue des Martyrs houses decidedly good surprises! Jules adores wandering up and down the road, looking for the newest things. It is on a sunny day in October that he pushes open the door to the mysterious Jam room of Lise Bienaimé.
Behind this pretty name hides a gourmet passion for fruity sweetness, coming all the way from her great grandfather, Joseph Soulier. This whiskered gentleman made his jams in a shop in Faubourg Saint Honoré. Lise also fell in the marmite and followed the family destiny.
